Simple, transparent rules for using Locikit tools.
By using any application developed by Locikit Studio, the user agrees to the following terms. These terms are kept concise and free of legalese to ensure clarity.
1. Service Provision
Locikit applications are provided "as-is" for personal utility. While the studio strives for 100% stability and accuracy (especially in the AI-driven insights), the tools are meant to assist and inform, not to replace professional medical, financial, or legal advice.
2. Data Responsibility
Since Locikit has no access to user data, the user is solely responsible for their own backups.
Our offline-first architecture means your data lives only on your device. If you lose your device, or if the device's storage is cleared, Locikit cannot recover your data. We recommend using the manual export or local backup features provided within apps like MedVault to maintain your own records.
3. Limitations of Liability
Locikit Studio shall not be held liable for any data loss, hardware failure, or decisions made based on app insights. The user maintains full sovereignty over their device and the information they choose to input.
5. Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the apps or legal requirements. Since Locikit does not collect email addresses, users are encouraged to check this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date will always be visible.
